Instructions:
Store Sea Moss Gel IMMEDIATELY upon delivery.
It can be kept in the fridge for 4 weeks
1-2 tablespoons is the recommended amount daily.
Remove flat lid. Cover with saran wrap. Poke 2-3 tiny holes in the saran wrap. Twist ring lid back on top of saran wrap. Store in fridge between uses.
Please wait at least 2 hours between consuming herbs and other medications.
Avoid if you have been diagnosed with over active thyroid.
